- Goods are inspected, weighed, labelled and loaded; export customs is cleared.
- Cargo ships to Indonesia; our Indonesian partner clears import and pays duty and tax on your behalf.
- Delivery is booked and the cargo arrives at your door. You receive proof of delivery.

Textiles — including grey fabric, non-woven fabric, underwear and headscarves — and stainless-steel kitchenware sit on Indonesia’s import quota list and normally require an import approval (Persetujuan Impor) before the shipment can clear. We hold quota allocation for these categories, so your goods do not wait for a new approval to be issued. Clearance stays compliant, stable and fast, and the quota handling is covered by the all-in rate.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need an Indonesian import licence for DDP?
No. Under DDP we clear the goods through our own import channel, so you do not need API (import identification number) or NIB. If you have your own licence, we can also clear under your company for lower duty rates on some categories.
What products can you not accept?
We cannot accept flammable or explosive goods, weapons, drugs, and items restricted by Indonesian law. Batteries, liquids, powders, cosmetics and food-related items are accepted case by case — send us the product details first.
How is the DDP price calculated?
Sea LCL general cargo currently starts at ¥1,600 per CBM, all-in; sea FCL is quoted per container and air per chargeable kg (volumetric weight applies). The quote already includes China-side costs, freight, Indonesian duty, VAT, clearance and delivery.
Can you ship to addresses outside Jakarta?
Yes. We deliver to Java, Bali, Sumatra, Kalimantan, Sulawesi and other islands. Remote areas may add 1–4 days; we confirm the exact delivery time before you confirm the order.
